By accessing the 298 platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions apply only to individuals who are of legal age and capable of understanding their rights and obligations. 298 does not permit minors to create accounts or use the platform.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes or claims will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and legal framework established under these terms.
Account Registration, Security & Management
To create an account on 298, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Creating an account using false, incorrect, or someone else's identity is strictly prohibited. Each person may only operate one account — creating multiple accounts will be considered a violation of these terms.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact the 298 support team immediately.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
298 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of Terms & Fraudulent Activity
- Operating Multiple Accounts
- False Identity or Providing Incorrect Information
- Technical Misuse or Hacking Attempts on the Platform
- Payment Disputes or Unauthorized Chargebacks
Where applicable, users will be notified before any account closure. However, in cases of serious violations, action may be taken without prior notice.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All users of the 298 platform must comply with the following rules:
- The platform is for personal and recreational use only — commercial resale or operating on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
- Accessing the platform using automated software, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited.
- Cheating, match-fixing, or any other dishonest practices in any section of the platform are strictly prohibited.

298 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any account and take applicable legal action in the event of a violation of any of the above rules.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on 298 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Approved payment methods — including bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer — must be used for deposits and withdrawals.
Deposit Terms
- Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be returned.
- Minimum deposit amounts are determined in accordance with the platform's guidelines.
Withdrawal Terms
- Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawal requests typically take 1–72 hours to process.
- Withdrawals from bonus or promotional balances are subject to specific wagering requirements.
- 298 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation if fraud is suspected.
